Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Resumate (the web app and Chrome extension). By using Resumate, you agree to them. Resumate is currently in early access — features, availability, and these terms may change as the product develops.
Using Resumate
You must be at least 16 years old to use Resumate. You're responsible for the accuracy of the experience data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use Resumate, and the Chrome extension, only to manage your own job search — not to scrape, resell, or redistribute data at scale, or to access job listings or experience data that isn't your own.
Your content
You retain ownership of the experience data, job data, and CVs you create with Resumate. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy for details).
AI-generated output
Resumate uses AI to parse job listings and to select and order your existing experience into a tailored CV. You're responsible for reviewing any CV before sending it to an employer — we don't guarantee the output is error-free or will result in any particular hiring outcome.
Early access, "as is"
Resumate is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Resumate and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
